What we do

The Formula SAE Team designs, builds, and competes internationally with a formula style race car every year.

We compete against over 100 universities from around the country and around the world at several competitions.

Who We are

We are a group of students with a common passion for the work this team does. Each day on the team brings new challenges to be solved and new engineering victories to be celebrated.

We are a student led group that is open to any University of Toledo student regardless of major or year in college.

Why join?

Students on the team get benefits that extend well beyond getting to drive a race car.

Co-ops are a large part of the UT engineering curriculum and this team is one of the best ways to set yourself apart from the other applications and resumes in the recruiter’s pile.
